| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种带钢直接成方生产方、矩型焊管的生产工艺以及用这种工艺生产的主、矩型管的机械性能、金相组织结构和弯角处硬度变化规律，表明带钢直接成方工艺生产的方、矩型管除弯曲角有限区域外，其余管体部位的机制性能均与母材基本相近，完全能满足国家标准要求。

| Abstract: | The plate forming process to produce rectangle pipe and the mechanical properties, metallographic structure and bending angle hardness variation rule are introduced. The mechanical properties of plate directly formed rectangle pipe can fully meet the international specification requirements, the pipe body are similar to parent metal except the bending angle area. |
