| 摘 要： | 导出了散装填料层泛点和压降的新关联式，将该关联式与通用关联图进行了比较，计算结果表明，新关联式对各种填料的压降平均计算误差在10％以下，泛点计算误差在7％以下，计算准确性优于通用关联图；用通用关联图计算压降有时误差较大。

| Abstract: | New relation was derived for flooding point in bulk packing bed with pressure drop, comparison was made between this new relation and common relative graph, the calculating result indicates that the average calculation tolerance using the new relation for pressure drop of various kinds of packing is less than 10%, and is less than 7% for flooding point, so the calculating accuracy is better than that by common relative graph; the tolerance of pressure drop calculated by using the common graph is sometimes relatively bigger. |
