摘    要:用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯废料(PET)和辛酸为原料,以稀土复合催化剂催化醇解和酯交换反应,制取增塑剂对苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOTP)。研究了催化剂品种、用量、反应温度、反应时间、物料比及分去乙二醇的方法对产品质量和收率的影响,并对工艺条件进行了优化。

Abstract:The preparing process of plasticizer dioctyl terephchalate from waste PET by alcoholysis and esterexchange with RE complex catalyst was studied. The influences of the kind of catalyst, the quantity of catalyst, raw material reactor ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time, method for separation of EG from the reaction system on products yield and quality were discussed. The optinum conditions were also established based on the experiment results.
