腈纶废水的水解酸化试验研究

摘    要:采用复合水解反应器,以腈纶废水为处理对象,对影响腈纶废水水解酸化的因素进行分析研究。结果表明,当污泥质量浓度为20 gVSS]/L左右,CODCr容积负荷为5.69 kg/(m3.d),HRT为7 h,回流量为50%时,CODCr去除率可达23.8%,出水m(BOD5)/m(CODCr)为0.55。复合水解反应器能有效提高废水的可生化性,适合用于难生物降解的腈纶废水的预处理。

Abstract:Acrylic fiber wastewater was treated by hybridhydrolysis reactor,the factors that influence the hydrolysis acidification efficiency were analyzed.The results showed that,when the mass concentration of sludge was about 20 gVSS]/L,the volume loading of CODCr was 5.69 kg/(m3.d),the HRT was 7 h,the reflux quantity was 50%,the removal rate of CODCr could reach 23.8%,the effluent m(BOD5)/m(CODCr) was 0.55.Therefore,hybridhydrolysis reactor can effectively improve the biodegradability of the wastewater,and is suitable for pretreating hard-biodegradable acrylic fiber wastewater.
