微Sn元素对灰铸铁残余应力的影响

摘    要:研究了锡元素在微合金灰铸铁中的行为,揭示了其影响铸件残余应力的机理。实验结果表明,含锡微合金灰铸铁不仅可以使铸件力学性能最佳,稳定在HT250水平以上,满足缸体生产的要求,而且通过配合采取其他工艺措施,还可以降低铸件残余应力,与HT250灰铸铁相比,降幅可达24.6%。

Abstract:The behavior of trace tin in the gray iron was investigated, and the mechanism of the influence of tin on stress of castings was revealed. The experiment resuh showed that adding trace amount of tin could not only ensure the mechanical properties of castings to be kept higher than the level of HT250 grade, and also, by combining with some process measures, reduce the residual stress of castings by 24.6%, compared with non-alloyed gray iron.
