一种新型集中空调冷量计量方法

集中空调如何根据实际使用情况进行合理的冷量收费是楼宇物业管理要解决的重要问题,绝大多数集中空调所采取的面积分摊收费方法因未考虑各用户实际的用冷量情况导致收费不尽合理,给物业管理工作带来不便.本文提出一种适用于大热湿比场合的新型集中空调冷量计量方法并对该新型计量方法进行了分析,通过计算比较了某建筑采用新型计量方法和采用风侧焓差法计量的结果,认为该新型集中空调冷量计量方法可简化计量系统、降低初投资并具有较高的准确性,具有较好的工程推广应用价值.
