| 摘 要： | 中国已成为钢铁大国,但远非钢铁强国。ERP系统作为提升管理水平的重要环节之一,日益受到重视。基于笔者多年信息化咨询经验,首先给出了信息技术战略规划的逻辑思路,其次对钢铁企业信息化管理模式的应用架构蓝图进行了探讨,最后对钢铁企业信息化特点与效益进行了分析。

| Abstract: | In steel industry, China has become a large country, but not a powerful country. ERP system is considered as one of techniques to improve management efficiency. This paper gives the approach of information system strategic planning, discusses the blueprint of steel enterprise management information system, and analyzes the informatization characteristics and benefits. This plan could be used for reference for the enterprise informatization of steel industry companies and other similar companies. |
