| Abstract: | China s traditional higher education system has been obviously characteristic of maintenance of the established system, while the higher education system of the US takes the world lead thanks to the pursuit of pioneering performance of the educational estabh'shment. It is, therefore, suggested in this paper that the higher education perform the task of pioneering construction. |
