摘    要:从酸性土壤和煤粉中分离出几个氧化硫硫杆菌菌株,将其中选择性较好的菌株分别制成夹层式微生物膜和固定化微生物膜,再与极谱型氧电极组装成硫化物微生物电极。研究了电极的响应曲线、线性范围、选择性、寿命及其工作条件等特性。用该电极测定了实际样品,测定结果与分光光度法具有良好的相关性。

Abstract:Several strains of thiobacillus thioxidans were separated from acidic soil and coal powder and the strain with better selectivity was made into sandwich microbial membrane. A sulfide microbial electrode was prepared by combining the sandwich microbial membrane with a polarographic oxygen electrode. The linear range of the microbial electrode is 0.03~3.00mg/L for S2-. The response time is 2~3min and the stable life span is 7 days. The selectivity of the electrode and the influence of temperature, pH and buffer solution on the electrode signal were investigated experimentally, the optimal test conditions were obtained. There is a good agreement between the test results of the microbial electrode and those of the spectrophotometry.
