烷基芳基磺酸盐相对分子质量分布与油水界面性能关系

摘    要:自制了5种不同结构烷基芳基磺酸盐,考察了各体系与正构烷烃间的界面张力,确定了其最小烷烃碳数均为10;最小烷烃碳数对应的界面张力值由小到大的相对分子质量分布为:反正态分布〈递增分布〈均匀分布〈正态分布〈单一结构〈递减分布。考察了NaCl、异戊醇和磺酸盐浓度对反正态分布水溶液-正癸烷体系油水界面张力的影响,确定了最佳用量:NaCl浓度0.035mol/L,异戊醇体积分数2%,磺酸盐浓度2.5×10^-3mol/L;在此条件下,最低油水界面张力达6.36×10^-3mN/m。

Abstract:Five alkyl aryl sulphonates of different structures were prepared, the interfacial tension between each system and normal paraffins was studied, and the minimum carbon atoms number in paraffins was found to be 10 for all the five systems. The distribution of the relative molecular masses corresponding to the minimum carbon atoms number in paraffins in the sequence of small to large of the interfacial tensions is: re,Jersed normal distribution 〈 increment dispersion 〈 uniform distribution 〈 normal distribution 〈 single structure 〈 degression distribution. The effect of the concentrations of NaC1, isoamyl alcohol and sulfonate on the oil - water interfacial tension of water solution and n - decane system of reversely normal distribution was studied, and tile optimum usages were identified: concentration of NaCl: 0. 035 mol/L, volume fraction of isoamyl alcohol: 2% , concentration of sulfonate: 2.5×10^-3 mol/L. The minimum oil water interfacial tension was found to be 6.36× 10^-4 mN/m at such conditions.
