数控加工摆线齿廓实际传动比的计算方法

摘    要:提出了数控加工的摆轮与针轮啮合过程实际传动比和齿侧间隙的计算方法,开发了相应的计算程序,用此程序进一步研究了啮合过程中传动比的变化规律,得出了啮合过程中传动比波动较大及步长与平均传动比不是单调关系的结论。研究结果为调角器工作中的力学分析、调角器自锁性能的改进设计和修形方法的选择提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The calculation method of actual speed ratio and actual backlash between tooth profiles with cycloid tooth profile cut by NC was presented.Its corresponding calculation program was developed,and used to study actual change of transmission ratio during meshing process.The conclusion is drawn that actual speed ratio fluctuates during transmission,and transmission ratio is not monotonic function of the cutting step.The presented calculation method provides a theoretical basis for mechanical analysis on adjustable-angle mechanism work,and for improvement design of self locking performance of adjustable-angle mechanism,for selection of method of tooth profile modification as well.
