裂解汽油一段选择加氢Ni系催化剂的研究进展

摘    要:介绍了裂解汽油一段选择加氢催化剂的工业应用现状及发展趋势,综述了新型裂解汽油一段选择加氢Ni系催化剂的研究进展。通过对传统贵金属催化剂与非贵金属催化剂的分析和比较,提出在贵金属价格上涨和裂解原料劣化的形势下,Ni系催化剂是未来裂解汽油一段加氢催化剂的重点发展方向。而Ni系催化剂的研究重点是制备和选择比表面积适中、酸性低、孔体积大、孔分布合理的载体,选择合适的Ni盐前体及浸渍方法,添加第二种金属助剂以及开展硫化和再生方法的研究。

Advances in Ni Catalyst for First-Stage Selective Hydrogenation of Pyrolysis Gasoline
Abstract:Catalysts and their applications for the first-stage selective hydrogenation of pyrolysis gasoline (pygas) were reviewed,and development of new type Ni-based catalyst was summarized. According to increasing price of noble metal and inferior quality of pygas feedstock,Ni-based catalyst is the first chosen for first-stage hydrogenation of pygas in future in comparing with traditional Pd catalyst. The development of Ni-based catalyst for first-stage hydrogenation of pygas is based on choosing of support with appropriate specific surface area,low surface acidity and rational pore distribution,using good Ni precursor and improving impregnation method to enhance Ni distribution,addition an active second metal,and studying of pre-sulfiding and regeneration methods.
