| 摘 要： | 可靠性试验是对产品的可靠性进行调查、分析和评价的一种手段。针对目前可靠性试验中的薄弱环节,文章对可靠性试验进行了研究,阐述了军用电子设备如何制定可靠性的试验方案及程序,介绍了可靠性试验的制定原则和试验方法。

| Abstract: | The reliability test is a means of the investigation,analysis and evaluation of the reliability of the product.For the current weak links in the reliability test,the paper studies the reliability test,explains how to develop the program and procedures of the reliability test of the military electronic equipment and introduces the development principles and methods of the reliability test. |
