等离子喷涂纳米ZrO_2陶瓷表面涂层的热震性能研究

摘    要:对比研究了等离子喷涂Y_2O_3稳定的纳米与微米ZrO_2涂层的组织结构及性能。结果表明,两种涂层有不同的相结构;纳米ZrO_2涂层组织更加细密,铺展性更好,气孔率较低;两种涂层硬度相近;纳米ZrO_2涂层的热震性能明显高于微米ZrO_2涂层。

Abstract:The microstructure and properties of nano-ZrO_2 and micron-ZrO_2 coatings by air plasma spraying(APS) by Y_2O_3 were studied. The results show that two kinds of coatings have different phase structure , and nano-ZrO_2 coatings have better spreadability , lower porosity and more compaction; two kinds of the coatings nearly have the same hardness .but thermal shock performance of nano-ZrO_2 coating is obviously higher than that of micron-ZrO_2.
