氧-天然气切割和焊接技术研究

摘    要:研究了氧-天然气金属切割和焊接技术.结果表明:通过设计出优质快速切割喷嘴和双层焊接焊炬,采用合适的切割和焊接工艺规范和措施,氧-天然气切割和焊接技术能获得良好的切割质量和焊接质量,且能满足一般效率要求;与氧-乙炔气体相比,氧-天然气切割和焊接技术成本最低,具有显著的推广应用价值.

Abstract:The oxygen-natural gas cutting and welding technique for metal material were studied in this paper.The result indicated that the high cutting quality and high welding quality and efficiency can generally be obtained by means of designing high speed cutting spray nozzle and double-deck separate flow oxygen welding torch and adopting suitable cutting and welding process parameter and measure,and the cost is so lower that the method of oxygen-natural gas has a wide developing prospection in the future for the application comparing the technique of the oxyacetylene cutting and welding.
