难处理金矿石的加压浸出技术

摘    要:采用加压氧化工艺对我国某难处理金矿进行预处理,预处理后金的加压氰化没出率达到92%以上。进行了酸法加压氧化预处理、催化加压氧化预处理和碱法加压氧化预处理试验。文中还简述了各种方法的机理和优缺点。在小型试验基础上进行了吨级扩大试验,其结果优于小型试验。

Abstract:In this paper,the process of pressure cyanidation after pressure oxidation pretreatment for one refractory gold ore of China is studied. The leaching rate of gold reaches over 92%.The pretreatment methods include acidic pressure oxidation,catalytic pressure oxidation and alkaline pressure oxidation. In addition,the mechanism and advantages and disadvantages of each method are briefly introduced.The result of pilot-plant test is better than that of the laboratory experiment.
