摘    要:本文介绍了采用LECO TC-136氧/氮测定仪测定陶瓷材料AIN,TiCN中氧及氮的惰气熔融脉冲加热法。该法用Ni-Sn作助熔剂,用“高温”型石墨坩埚提取气体。Al_2O_3及TiO_2中氧回收率分别是100.1%和98%,氮的分析值与化学法比较是满意的。

Abstract:In this article inert gas fusion method for the determination of oxygen and nitrogen in ceramic meterial AIN and TiCN with LECO TC-136 oxygen/nitrogen analyzer is described. This method uses Ni-Sn foil as flux. Gases are extracted in high temperature graphite crucibles. The recovery of oxygen in A12O3 and TiO2 is 100.1 % and 98 % respectively. The analytic values of nitrogen obtained by this method are in good agreement with those determined hy chemical method.
