摘    要:发动机燃油系统高压燃油泵在经过2次长试后,经荧光检查发现出油口有裂纹。采用宏观观察、金相观察、扫描电镜分析、能谱分析及显微硬度分析等手段,对燃油泵裂纹产生的原因进行研究。结果表明:高压燃油泵裂纹起源于出油口转角R处,裂纹性质为疲劳开裂;燃油泵受力分析结果显示出油口R角为应力较大区域,该区域构件表面出现链状点蚀,增加了应力集中,促进了疲劳裂纹的萌生。

Abstract:After two long-time tests, the high pressure fuel pump was found to have cracks on the oil-out by fluorescence detection. The failure reasons of the fuel pump were studied by macroscopic observation, metallographic analysis, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy and micro-hardness analysis. The results show the crack initiated from the R corner of the oil-out and the crack is fatigue crack. The results of stress analysis show that there was stress concentration at the R corner. In addition, there was pitting corrosion at the R corner surface, increasing stress concentration and promoting the initiation of the fatigue crack.
