摘    要:针对高架复合道路周边既有住宅建筑及其声环境的特点,结合既有住宅室内声环境及建筑安全性等要求,以实际工程案例为示范工程,总结高架复合道路周边既有住宅建筑降噪隔声改造的关键技术。基于现场噪声监测及门窗隔声性能试验的结果,给出门窗进行选型表及阳台加固方法,对小区环境提出综合改善措施。经噪声实测分析表明,改造后住宅室内声环境已经达标,居民的居住舒适度得到提高,对今后既有住宅建筑降噪隔声改造提供技术支撑。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of acoustic environment and existing residential buildings along the elevated complex road, the key techniques of sound-insulation reconstruction are analyzed, which consider the requirements of residential indoor acoustic environment and building structure safety. According to the results of field monitoring and the sound insulation performance test of the entrance doors and windows, the key steps including the selection of door and window, the structure reinforcement of balcony and the comprehensive renovation of residential environment are proposed. On the basis of the indoor noise measurement result and the Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) after the reconstruction, the indoor noise meets the limit requirements and the comfort of living environment is greatly improved. Therefore the proposed sound-insulation reconstruction techniques can provide a reference for the similar projects.
