无硫磷钼酸酯作为抗氧添加剂与胺类抗氧剂的协同性能

摘    要:以大豆油、二乙醇胺和三氧化钼为原料,合成了油溶性无硫磷有机钼酸酯(ME)。通过差示扫描量热实验(DSC)和薄层油膜微氧化实验(TMOT)考察了ME在聚α-烯烃(PAO)基础油中的抗氧化性能,以及与胺类抗氧剂的协同性能,并借助傅里叶红外变换光谱仪(FTIR)和气 质联用技术(GC/MS)分析了油样的氧化程度和p,p′-二异辛基二苯胺(DODPA)的含量变化。结果表明,ME与二苯胺(DBN)、p,p′-二异辛基二苯胺(DODPA)、苯基-α-萘胺(PNA)均具有抗氧协同作用,其中ME与DODPA的协同效果最好,两者复配能有效减少油样的质量损失、抑制沉积物的产生。GC/MS分析表明,ME能够有效降低DODPA的损耗速率,延长其抗氧作用时间,两者表现出良好的抗氧协同性能。

Abstract:The sulfur- and phosphorus-free organic molybdenum was synthesized from soybean oil, diethanolamine and molybdenum trioxide. The antioxidant synergy of sulfur- and phosphorus-free organic molybdenum compounds (ME) and amine antioxidant in poly α-olefin (PAO) was evaluated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thin micro oxidation test (TMOT). The oxidative degree of base oil and the content of DODPA in different oxidative time were analyzed by FTIR and GC/MS. It was found that ME shows good antioxidant collaborative performance with diphenylamine (DBN), p,p′-dioctyldiphenylamine (DODPA) and phenyl-α-naphthylamine (PNA). Among them, ME and DODPA have the best synergistic effect, which can effectively reduce the mass loss of the oil sample and inhibit the formation of deposits. GC/MS analysis showed that ME could reduce the consumption rate of DODPA and extend its anti-oxidation time, which showed good antioxidant synergy.
