陶瓷泥料挤出成型工具几何参数的优化研究

摘    要:为使挤出的陶瓷坯体达到较优的应力状态和稳定一致的挤出速度,避免因定型段长度过长出现纵向裂纹,提升生产能力,采用ANSYS Workbench对陶瓷泥料挤出成型过程进行模拟,实现挤出成型工具几何参数的优化,为设计合理的定型段长度和挤出锥角提供了依据。同时,考虑泥料不同含水率对挤出坯体应力状态、挤出速度的影响,分析了挤出成型工具几何参数设计与陶瓷泥料材料参数的关系。

Abstract:In order to obtain a consistent speed and optimal stress state of extruded ceramic billet,avoid longitudinal cracks dueto the oversize of extension zone,and improve production capacity,the ANSYS Workbench was used to simulate the ceramicmud extrusion process. The reasonable length of extension zone and extrusion cone angle were determined,which provides abasis for design. At the same time,considering the influence of different moisture content on the stress state and extrusionspeed,the relation between geometric parameters of extrusion molding tool and the material parameters of ceramic mud wasanalyzed.
