摘    要:以端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和有关助剂为原料,采用纳米碳酸钙为填料,制备单组分聚烯烃聚氨酯涂料。研究了纳米碳酸钙的用量对涂料性能的影响,并通过对该涂料的贮存稳定性试验和人工加速老化试验进一步验证了纳米碳酸钙的优良特性。

Abstract:With nano-scale CaCO3 as filler, one pack PU paint is prepared by use of hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene (HTPB), toluene diisocyanate(TDI) and related additives. The influence of amount of nano-scale CaCO3 on the performance of paint is studied. The excellent features are verified further through storage stability test and accelerated weathering test.
