摘    要:从机构学角度导出了单板簧振动装置机构运动轨迹偏差的计算公式,建立起该机构参数优化设计的数学模型,编制成相应的计算程序。实例证明,该方法正确,对内、外弧振动装置的结晶器单板簧振动机构、双板簧振动机构、四连杆振动机构均适用

Abstract:Starting off from angle of mechanism,this paper has derived the computation formulae of locus deviation of movement of single leaf spring vibrating mechanism,set up the mathematical model of parameter optimum design,and developed corresponding computation programs.Living examples have proved that this method is correct and applicable to single leaf spring vibrating mechanisms,double leaf spring vibrating mechanisms and four bar vibrating linkages of mould of inner or outer arc vibrating devices.
