| 摘 要： | 无标底招投标与合理低价中标是目前国际建筑市场交易的主要方式和通行法则,也是今后国内水利水电工程交易的主要方式和必然趋势。为此,介绍了无标底招标法的优点,并结合水利水电工程招投标实践,提出了承包商应对无标底招投标的若干措施,以及值得注意解决的问题。

| Abstract: | The tendering without bid pricing and award of contract to a bidder offering a reasonably lower price are the major practice in the international architectural market.This will be the trend for the domestic water resources and hydropower projects market in future.Therefore this paper described the strong points of the tendering without pricing and proposed some measures that the contractors have to make and precautions that government has to take in handling the tendering without a price. |
