摘    要:介绍利用Intel8098单片微控制器构成浮选过程加药控制系统的原理、硬件结构、软件结构、通信方式以及该系统在可靠性设计方面的经验。选矿药剂的自动添加系统是浮选过程自动化控制不可缺少的设备。和总线工业控制机相比,利用性能价格比很高的Intel8098单片微控制器,构成自动加药系统,具有造价低、性能稳定、使用方便灵活等优点。通过Intel8098发出的96路PWM脉冲控制信号,可以同时控制96路气、液态药剂的添加,而通过Intel8O98的4路HSO输出,则可以控制固体药剂的添加速度。采用RS—232标准的通信接口,以实现网络控制。同时在硬件和软件设计中充分考虑了系统的可靠性问题,使得该系统更适合于选矿厂恶劣的工作环境。

Abstract:An automatic reagent managing system for flotation control circuit using Intel 8098 micro-controller has been introduced involving its functions,principles,software and hardware structures,communication mode,as well as the experiences in reliability design.Automatic reagent adding is necessary for flotation automatic control.Compared with the industrial bus-line computers,using the Intel 8098 micro-controller has the advantages of low cost,steady quality,easy operation and flexibility.Ninety-six channels of PWM signals from Intel 8098 were used to control the gas and/or liquid reagent adding through electromagnetic valves,while 4 channels of HSO output were used for solid reagent adding.RS -232 standard communication port was used for net controlling.By sufficient reliability consideration in the design of both software and hardware,the system was considered to be more suitable for the vigorous environment of industrial flotation plants.
