Along with the rapid progress of the new energy and PV industry,the polysilicon industry has increased with high speed.The solar-grade polysilicon industry in China has reached a plateau.Now,the industry returns by the end of the era of profiteering and the price restores rational.The access threshold enhances with the coming of the new public policy in polysilicon industry in terms of technology,capacity and environmental protection.Meanwhile,the traditional Improved Siemens faces the challenge of new technology.The profit space of polysilicon industry decreases.The scale competition between enterprises changes into cost and quality competition.Thus,the quality of polysilicon determines the destiny of the polysilicon enterprise.So the way of improving the Improved Siemens to improve the quality of polysilicon turns into the focus of attention.This paper uses a few words of my own experience and opinion to investigate with everyone in terms of the influence on the quality of polysilicon by hydrogen purity and its solution.
