低温温度电测量研究

摘    要:研究了低温(小于120 K)环境下温度电测量的若干具体问题(传感器安装、漏热损失、热沉等),设计了基于单片机技术的低温温度测量仪器,温度测量范围10~300 K,测量误差小于0.1 K,这对低温、超导技术应用与研究具有重要意义。

Abstract:The low temperature measurement is very important in the research and application of superconducting technology.Some problem,such as heat loss and equipment of temperature sensor,can be investigated in this paper.A new and high accuracy cryogenic thermometer that the range of temperature is between 10 K and 300 K and the relative error is less than 0.1 K has been introduced in this paper.The thermoelectric couple made of copper and iron was used to measure temperature of low temperature superconducting materials.
