摘    要:MnO2是一种适合高炉生产的煤粉助燃剂,通过模拟高炉风口的燃烧条件并收集未燃煤粉,采用XRD和SEM检测方法可知,随着助燃剂MnO2的加入,未燃煤粉的微晶参数增大,芳香片层的堆砌高度升高0.0010nm,层片直径增大0.0137nm;MnO2使未燃煤粉颗粒的平均粒径减小2.65μm,外观形貌变得不规则。通过热重-差热分析其助燃机理是Mn4+(CO-)4削弱了碳结构单元间的桥键结合力以及改变了晶格结构,使煤粉活化能降低,加速燃烧。

Abstract:MnO2 is a kind of pulverized coal combustion improver which is suited for the Blast Furnace. The unburned coal from simulating combustion conditions of Blast Furnace was analyzed with XRD and SEM. The microcrystalline parameters of unburned coal increased, Height and diameter of Aromatic slices will increase 0. 0012 nm and 0. 0381 nm respectively as MnO2 joined. The particle size of unburned coal powder reduced 2.65 μm by adding MnO2, and the morphological appear- ance became irregular. Mn4+ (CO-)4 weakened bridge adhesion of Carbon structural units and ehanged lattice structures. The activation energy of pulverized coal was lowered and burn rate was accelerated.
