| 摘 要： | 以Davy／DOWI艺技术为例，选择通用的产品方案，采用最近一个价格周期内原料和产品的全国平均价，对不同规模的丁辛醇装置进行经济效益测算，并对不同规模的静态和动态两方面的技术经济指标进行对比，同时分析了盈亏平衡情况以研究不同规模投资项目的不确定性，最后以边际效益最大为原则提出了丁辛醇装置的经济规模。

| Abstract: | Using Davy/Dow process as the example, selecting general product plan, using the nationwide average price of raw materials and products within latest price cycle, the article measures and calculates the economic benefits of butanol-octanol units with different scales and compares the techno-economic indexes both n static state and dynamic state with different scales. At the same time, it analyzes the situation of profit and loss balance so as to research the uncertainty of investment projects with different scales.
