鲕状赤铁矿特征及选冶技术进展

摘    要:论述了鄂西高磷鲕状赤铁矿的资源状况、矿物组成、矿石结构、矿物工艺学特征,对处理、利用该类矿石存在的问题进行了分析,介绍了常用反浮选、强磁选、磁化焙烧-弱磁选、直接还原焙烧、酸浸及微生物浸出等选冶技术的现状,展望了高磷鲕状赤铁矿还原-磁选、磁选-絮凝脱泥-反浮选等选矿联合流程的发展趋势。

Abstract:An introduction such as reserves, mineralogy composition, ore texture, mineralogical characteristics was made to oolitic hematite with high phosphorus from west of Hubei in China. Problems consisting in utilizing this kind of ore were analyzed. Traditional methods were discussed, such as reverse flotation, high-intensity magnetic separation, magnetizing roasting-weak magnetic separation, direct reduction acid leaching, microbiological leaching and dephosphorization by pretreatment of hot metal. Suggestions and development trends are presented, such as re- duction-magnetic separation, magnetic separation-selective agglomeration desliming--reverse flotation united flow- sheet on utilization of oolitic hematite with high phosphorus.
