攀钢捣固炼焦试验研究

摘    要:通过捣固炼焦和顶装炼焦的对比试验,得到采用捣固炼焦工艺可较大幅度的提高焦炭质量。从试验结果 来看,攀钢炼焦煤资源适合于捣固炼焦生产,在相同的配煤结构下,焦炭的M 40 可提高0.6~7个百分点,M 10 可改 善2.5~9.2个百分点,CSR可提高6.9~9.7个百分点,CRI可改善0.3~5.6个百分点。在保证焦炭质量不下降 的条件下,可提高弱黏结性气煤或瘦煤的配比,可缓解攀钢对优质强黏结性煤的依赖程度,同时可降低炼焦成本。

Abstract:Based on the contrastive experiments on stamp coke-making and top coke-making, the results that coke quality increased remarkably by the stamp cokemaing processes. The results show that coking coal resources in pan'gang were suitable for stamp coking production. In the same structure of blending, the M 40 of coke could in- crease 0.6~7 percentage points, M 10 2.5~9.2 percentage points, CSR 6.9~9.7 percentage points, CRI 0.3~5.6 percentage points. On the condition that coke quality didn't decrease, the proportion the weak caking bottle coal or weak thin coal could increase, which could alleviate dependent on high quality strong bonding coal and reduce the cost of coking.
