转底炉珠铁工艺及其在中国的应用前景

摘    要:新的历史阶段,资源短缺和环保压力对钢铁企业的生存和钢铁工业的可持续发展提出了严峻挑战,开发炼铁新工艺成为必然。转底炉珠铁工艺是近十几年来兴起的一项煤基非高炉炼铁新工艺,并已经实现了商业化应用。该工艺能实现渣铁快速分离,得到高品质珠铁,且在能源、成本、环保、原料适应性等方面有较强的竞争力。综述了该工艺发展历程、基本特点和应用潜力,进而结合中国钢铁工业节能减排要求和资源现状,指出了该工艺在中国钢铁冶金和资源利用领域可持续发展中的意义。最后,简要介绍了针对该工艺课题组已有的研究基础。

Abstract:The steel enterprise's survival and the sustainable development of iron and steel industry is facing severe challenges due to the shortage of resources and environmental pressure at new historical stage and the development of new ironmaking technology become inevitable. Rotary hearth furnace iron nugget technique is a kind of new non- BF ironmaking technology on coal base developed in the recent years, and has achieved commercial application to some extent. The iron and slag can be separated at fast speed and then the iron nugget of high grade can be got. It has advantages in energy consumption, production cost, environmental protection, raw materials flexibility and so on. The development process, basic characteristics and potential applications of the technology was reviewed in this paper. The significance of the technology in the field of iron and steel metallurgy and resource comprehensive utiliza- tion was pointed out according energy conservation, emissions reduction requirements and resources situation of iron and steel industry in our country. Finally, a brief introduction to the related fundamental research of the process was made.
