充电器上盖成型工艺分析与注射模设计

摘    要:用Moldflow对充电器上盖成型工艺进行分析,对熔体填充、冷却、流动及塑件翘曲进行模拟,预测塑件成型过程中可能出现的缺陷,确定合理的熔体注射时间、温度、压力等成型工艺参数,优化冷却水道直径和浇注系统尺寸,降低模具加工成本,缩短了模具制作周期。

Abstract:By The potential defects during the forming process of the upper cover of a charger were predicted based on an analysis on the forming process by using Moldflow and on the simulation on the filling,cooling,flowing of melt plastic and warpage of finished product.The technological parameters,including the injection time,temperature,pressure,cooling water channel layout and diameter, feeding system dimensions,were optimized that helps lower the manufacturing costs and shorten the cycle of making.
