三维医学图像优化压缩算法

摘    要:针对 CT 三维医学图像特点,将三维医学数据分块,通过平滑处理和边界交迭减小分块失真,将 SPIHT 算法与 SPECK 算法结合,帧内采用 SPIHT 算法,帧间利用 SPECK 编码算法,组合算法提高了压缩效率,优于单一的算法。

Abstract:According to different behaviors of CT 3-D medical image, image sequences are divided into small blocks. Error at boundaries between coding blocks is reduced by smoothing and overlapping boundary. A hybrid scheme of SPIHT and SPECK is used together. SPIHT is used in inter-slice and SPECK is used in intra-slice. The hybrid technique provides efficient and accurate coding of the medical images. It is better than single compression scheme.
