铅酸蓄电池充电方法初探

摘    要:蓄电池充电过程中的主要问题是极化现象始终存在并逐渐加剧 ,严重影响充电速度与质量 ,损伤蓄电池 ,甚者可能报废。根据充电速度、出气、温升及活性物质脱落等现象 ,比较了传统的充电方法包括恒流充电、恒压充电及快速充电的优缺点 ,指出极化现象的根本原因是充电方法不符合蓄电池充电接受特性 ,据此提出了定电压快速充电法 ,不但所需人工干预少 ,而且极化现象少、充电效果好 ,即充电速度快、出气少、温升少、活性物质脱落少。

Abstract:The main problem in battery charging course was that polarization exists throughout, influenced charging speed and quality, injured or even scrapped battery. The advantages and disadvantages of the conventional charging methods, including constant current charging, contant voltage charging and fast charging, were compared. According to phenomena of charging speed, bubling, temperature increasing, active material dropping, electrochemiscal and etc. The results show that the fundamental reason of polarization is the incoincidence of the charging methods to the receptive character of battery. So the costant voltage fast charging method is presented, which requires less manual meddling, with less polarization and better charging effect, i.e. higher charging speed, less bubling, temperature increasing and active material dropping.
