泵送法预制高强度混凝土井壁的实践

摘    要:目前,采用泵送法预制高强度混凝土井壁,在国内尚无成功的先例。国投新集公司板集煤矿在钻井法施工主、风井时,地面预制井壁设计为双层钢筋或钢板复合井壁,设计混凝土标号为C40~C70。通过科技攻关,顺利实现了高强度混凝土的泵送浇筑,简化了施工环节,加快了施工进度,保证了浇筑质量,并给泵送法预制高强度混凝土井壁积累了经验。

Abstract:Currently,the method of prefabricating concrete high strength wall by pump transporting is still without successful precedent in our country.In Banji Coal Mine,the prefasrications shaft wall is designed for double-decked steel bar or double-decked steel plate,concrete marking designed for C40 to C70.Through technical reform,realize pump transporting the high strength concrete,simplify the constructing link,speed up the constructing progress,guarante the quality and accumulate the experience of the method.
