实心轮胎温升的有限元与试验分析

摘    要:用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立了橡胶和聚氨酯弹性体两种材料实心轮胎的应力场有限元模型.通过计算节点生热率,再作为负载导入到温度场有限元模型中.进行两种材料实心轮胎的温升有限元计算,得到两种实心轮胎的温升规律.并进行了试验论证。分析误差产生的原因.试验结果很好地验证了有限元分析的温升规律.证实了建模选用模块合理有效.

Abstract:With the software ANSYS, finite element structural models of rubber and cast polyurethane solid tire model were established. After calculating heat generation ratio of the nodes, the results were used as the thermal loads on the finite element models of temperature field established with ANSYS, as well. From the results of finite element analysis and test research, thermal characteristics of rubber and cast polyurethane can be contrasted. The models are proved reasonable.
