氨法深度氧化烟气净化技术

摘    要:介绍了氨法烟气净化技术的特点,对传统氨法与深度氧化法在反应原理、工艺流程方面进行了比较及分析。运行结果表明深度氧化法是脱硫、氧化一体化的新型烟气净化技术,其能耗低、氧化率高,且副产物(NH4)2SO4可用作化肥,因此是一种有广阔工业应用前景的环保新技术。

Abstract:The features of flue gas purification technology by ammonia were introduced and the traditional ammonia process and the advanced oxidation process (AOP) by ammonia in flue gas purification were compared and analyzed in the aspects of reaction principle and technique process. The operation results show that AOP, which obtains a high oxidation rate at low energy cost, is an innovative environmental technique with broad application prospects.
