氧化锑/水滑石复合阻燃微粉的制备及表征

摘    要:采用水热法制备了氧化锑/水滑石复合阻燃微粉,用差示扫描量热法(DSC)对其热稳定性进行了分析,用SEM分析了粒子形貌,用XRD分析了粒子的晶体结构。XRD和SEM结果表明,氧化锑/水滑石复合粉体具备水滑石的典型层片状结构,在240℃以下可保持其层状结构,灼烧温度超过480℃时其层状结构被破坏。

Abstract:Ultrafine Sb2O3 powders were prepared by hydrothermal method,the characteristics of the composite powder was studied by XRD,SEM and DSC methods.According to the analysis of XRD and SEM,its crystal structure had hydrotalcite features of the bedded structures.The bedded structures can keep at temperature lower than 240 ℃,and destroy at temperature higher than 480 ℃
