交流接触器磁系统的稳态热分析

摘    要:分析了交流接触器电磁系统的3种热传递方式的数学模型.通过对ANSYS软件进行二次开发,将磁路法计算发热功率和有限元法分析温度场结合起来,用于交流接触器电磁系统的发热计算,通过热分析结果与发热功率及对流换热系数等温度相关参数间不断进行迭代修正,完成最终分析.分析结果经试验验证有较高精度.

Abstract:Mathematic models of three types of heat transfer for electromagnetic system of AC contactor were analyzed, and through further-developing the ANSYS software, firstly heat generation power of coil electromagnet and shadow ring were calculated with magnetic circuit method considering nonlinear character of electromagnet,secondly thermal load was applied to make steady-state thermal analysis with finite element method,iterations continued between thermal analysis results and temperature-dependent parameters until the calculation was convergent. The test results show that the analysis result has high precision.
