This article analysis all kinds of sizes and equipment of seamless pipe mills in China, parts of the pipe mill process and equipment get behind, and can not produce high quality pipes of high strength and special properties . So the author gives out the reform plan to reduce material consumption, enlarge production scope, improve dimensional precision and increase the forming efficiency , also several home made new type rolling machine are proposed for selection.
