摘 要: | 介绍了环氧环己烷的合成方法,研究了投料比、反应温度、反应时间、溶剂用量、反应体系pH值等因素对产品收率的影响。结果表明:合成环氧环己烷的理想工艺条件为:n(环己烯)∶n(过氧乙酸)=1∶1.3,溶剂乙酸乙酯用量为环己烯质量的3倍,反应温度为25℃,滴加反应时间和补充反应时间分别为2h和1.5h,反应体系的pH值控制在5.0,产品收率达到94.9%,经精馏处理后,产品纯度达到97.5%以上。

Synthesis of cyclohexene oxide |

Abstract: | The synthesis method of cyclohexene oxide(Ⅰ) is introduced.The effect of charge ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time,solvent amount and pH on the yield of Ⅰ are studied.The results showed that the better conditions for synthesing I were as follows:molar ratio of cyclohexene to peroxide of acetic acid is 1∶1.3,the dose of ethyl acetate is 3 times of cyclohexene by mass,the reaction temperature is 25 ℃, the dropping reaction time and additional reaction time is 2 h and 1.5 h respectively,pH=5.0,the yield is 94.9% and with 97.5% purity after refinery distillation. |
