摘    要:采用平板电磁成形工艺对铜粉末进行了压实试验研究.分析了放电电压、粉末体径高比、驱动片、压实次数和压实方向等因素对压实坯致密度的影响.结果表明:随放电电压和粉末体径高比增加,压实坯致密度增大;单向加载时,沿着加载方向存在密度梯度,并且压实坯底部轴心处的密度最低;厚度适宜的驱动片有益于提高压实坯体致密度.当设备放电能量有限时,重复压实和双向压实方法是获得致密均匀、高密度粉末制品的有效途径.

Abstract:A series of experiments were performed to compact Cu powder through electromagnetic forming process with flat coil.The effects of discharge voltage,aspect-ratio(ratio of diameter to height of powder body),drivers,compacting times and the compacting direction on the relative density of the compacted specimens were investigated.The experimental results indicate that the relative density increases with the increase of the discharge voltage and the aspect-ratio;a density gradient is in the specimen along the direction of single compaction and the minimum relative density is at the bottom center of the specimen;the driver with proper thickness is beneficial to increasing the relative density.When the equipment energy is limited,the repeated compaction and the double direction compaction are efficient ways to manufacture homogeneous and high-density powder parts.
