射流泵喷雾药混装置的实验性能分析

摘    要:面积比和嘴管距是影响射流泵药混装置基本性能的两个重要结构参数,通过实验测定了不同面积比和不同嘴管距的射流泵药混装置的吸药量和压强比。通过实验数据绘制了吸药量QS和出口压强Pc以及压强比h和药混比q的关系曲线,分析了最佳面积比和最佳嘴管距的关系及数值范围,可为射流泵药混装置的结构设计提供参考依据。

Abstract:Area ratio and nozzle-tube distance are two important structure parameters affecting the basic performance of the jet mixing apparatus for spray .This paper determined the different nozzle-tube distance of jet pump suction and the pressure ratio of the mixed mechanism based on the experimental apparatus under different area ratio .Based on the ex-periment data ,the relation between absorption quantity QS ,outlet pressure Pc ,medicine mixing ratio q ,pressure ratio h was acquired .The experiment demonstrates the relation and numerical range between the best area ratio and the best nozzle-tube distance ,which could provide theory basis for jet mixing apparatus structure design .
