摘    要:介绍了SY/T 6477-2014标准与之前版本的差异和完善之处,同时介绍了如何运用该标准进行剩余强度评价来确定已知缺陷所允许服役载荷、剩余寿命、检验周期等。为便于工程实际应用,基于此标准开发了剩余强度评价软件,包含数据管理与系统管理功能模块。以油气输送管道均匀腐蚀缺陷为例,介绍了所开发软件的评价过程,验证了软件的适用性。

Abstract:The differences between standard SY/T 6477-2014 and previous versions are inclroduced,and how to use these methods to perform residual strength assessment and evaluation are also introduced,so as to determine whether the facility with known defects is able to provide continuous service under the condition of existing load,then to calculate residual life and inspection cycle.For convenience of practical engineering,the assessment system of remaining strength for long-distance pipelines is developed,with function modules of data management and system management included.Taking uniform corrosion defect of oil pipe as an example,this paper introduces the assessment process of the software to verify the applicability of it.
