摘    要:通过周期浸润腐蚀试验对比研究了鞍钢生产的耐候桥梁钢Q500qENH和传统耐候钢09CuPCrNi在模拟工业大气环境中的腐蚀行为,并采用腐蚀形貌观察和电化学测试等手段对其腐蚀行为进行了分析。结果表明:显微组织和化学成分对钢基体的耐蚀性均具有一定影响,当保护性锈层形成后,耐蚀性主要取决于锈层的保护作用;周期浸润腐蚀试验结果和带锈试样的电化学阻抗谱、线性极化曲线分析表明Q500qENH钢耐工业大气腐蚀的能力优于09CuPCrNi钢的。

Abstract:The corrosion behavior of weathering bridge steel Q500qENH made by Ansteel in simulated industrial atmospheric environment was studied through cyclic immersion corrosion test and compared with that of traditional weathering bridge steel 09CuPCrNi.And their corrosion behavior was analyzed by corrosion morphology observation and electrochemical testing.The results indicate that microstructure and chemical constitution can affect the corrosion resistance of substrate to a certain extent.The corrosion resistance depended on protection of rust layer after protective rust formation.According to the results of cyclic immersion corrosion test,electrochemical impedance and linear polarization curves of rusty samples,the corrosion resistance of QS00qENH was better than that of 09CuPCrNi.
