摘    要:针对AZ31镁合金作为镁电池负极存在放电电压低、放电容量低及放电稳定性差等问题,选择Mg-Zn-Cu系合金作为研究对象,采用XRD、SEM、电化学测试及恒流放电测试等方法,研究了合金元素含量对材料电化学性能及放电性能的影响。结果表明:相比于AZ31镁合金,Mg-2.00Zn-1.87Cu(质量分数)合金的放电稳定电压更高、放电容量更大,具有更好的放电性能。

Abstract:There are some problems such as low discharge voltage,low discharge capacity and poor stability of discharge in magnesium battery,in which AZ31 alloy is served as cathode.Mg-Zn-Cu series alloy was chosen as a research object,the effects of alloying elements on the electrochemical performance and discharge performance of MgZn-Cu series alloy were investigated by XRD,SEM,electrochemical tests and constant current discharge tests.The results showed that Mg-2.00Zn-1.87Cu (wt.%) magnesium alloy had higher stable discharge voltage,larger discharge capacity and better discharging performance than AZ31 alloy.
