布金汉方程的代数解在流变参数测定中的应用

摘    要:工农业生产实践中存在大量的以宾汉流体为主的非牛顿流体流动现象,由于用来量化描述宾汉体流变学特征的宾汉方程是一个比较复杂的微分方程,工业设计中流变参数极限切应力τβ、和刚度系数η的确定,大多数都通过毛细管黏度计用图解法获得。本文介绍了一种宾汉方程的代数解法,可准确给出宾汉极限切应力与毛细管中切变速率的数学表达式,以该数学表达式为依据,导出了极限切应力为零时经典的牛顿体泊谡叶方程。该代数解法所得到的数学表达式,可大幅度的减少传统的毛细管黏度计图解法试验测试工作量,对宾汉体流变参数的测定具有重要意义。

Abstract:A large number of non-newtonian fluid flow mainly based on Bingham fluid theory which exist in the practice of industrial and agricultural production .Most rheological parameter in industrial design was derived from capillary vis-cometer by graphical method because Bingham Equation is a complex differential equation which can quantify the rheolog-ical feature of Bingham body .This paper introduces an algebraic solution of Bingham equation which can give mathemati-cal expression of shear rate in capillary and bingham yield stress .The classical Newton body Poiseuille equation is de-rived by this expression when the yield stress is zero .This solution can greatly reduce the computation time of traditional graphical method and thus have great significance to the measurement of Bingham body rheological parameter .
