摘    要:镇江新区大路闸由于施工时防渗板桩间沥青灌注施工不规范和底板基础土层和防渗出口段的砂石反滤层扰动严重,完工后部分底板接缝处和排水孔冒水、冒砂。根据大路闸的工程和地基土的性质、防渗板桩施工缺陷特点,提出了高喷灌浆加固防渗板桩的方案,确定了方案中的主要技术参数,分析了方案的主要技术特点和施工难点,采用地质雷达对高喷灌浆的施工质量进行检测和钻取芯样进行了抗渗试验。实践表明,采用高喷灌浆加固混凝土板桩防渗墙是经济合理可行的。

Application of High-pressure Jet Grouting in Sluice Leakage Treatment
Abstract:Due to the irregular construction of pouring asphalt between the impervious sheet pile and the serious disturbance of the sand/gravel anti-filter layer in the soil under the sluice floor and the impervious exit of Dalu sluice in Zhenjiang.After the construction was completed water and sand can still flow from bottom slabs between the seams and drainage holes.According to the characteristics of the construction defects of impervious sheet pile,the scheme of reinforcing the impervious sheet pile was proposed in this paper.The main technical parameters of the scheme was determined based on the nature of the foundation soil of Dalu sluice.The main technical characteristics and construction difficulties of the scheme was analyzed and the construction quality of high-pressure jet grouting was tested by geological radar and impervious test.The practice show that it is economical and reasonable to use high-pressure jet grouting to reinforce the impervious sheet pile.
