天然气长输管道腐蚀分析与防控措施

摘    要:对山东肥城段天然气长输管道腐蚀穿孔的原因进行分析。结果表明:腐蚀穿孔的主要原因是该管段在敷设后底部长期存有水,管道敷设完成后1a内未投产,产生了氧腐蚀;投产后,天然气中CO_2溶于水,进一步对管道产生腐蚀;在氧腐蚀和CO_2腐蚀共同作用下,管道最终造成穿孔失效。针对腐蚀问题,提出相应的建议,并制定了腐蚀预防与控制措施。

Abstract:Corrosion reasons of a natural gas long-distance pipeline in Feicheng city were analyzed.The results showed that the main reason for corrosion perforation was that water was stored at the bottom of the pipeline for a long time.The pipeline was not in use within 1 year after the laying out,and oxygen corrosion occurred.After the pipeline was put into operation,the corrosion was aggravated due to the dissolution of CO2 from the natural gas into water.Under the combined action of oxygen corrosion and CO2 corrosion,the perforation failure of the pipeline occurred eventually.In the view of the corrosion problems,the corresponding proposals were put forward,and the corrosion protection and control measures were developed.
